Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you received items by mail, it’s easy to send them back!
- Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
- Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice
- Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address provided in your package.
Return shipping costs are nonrefundable and C.O.D. returns are not accepted. Please allow up to 5 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refund to be processed. Credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. At this time, we do not process exchange orders for international customers. If you choose to return your online order to an AP, APSy, please know only the amount charged for merchandise will be refunded. Shipping, tax, and duty costs will not be refunded. If you paid in a currency other than the U.S. Dollar, an AP Gift Card will be issued in U.S. Dollars for the refunded amount.
